Recipes Tempe Bacem

1. Puree onion, garlic, nutmeg and coriander 
2. Boil the coconut water along with tempeh and spice paste 
3. Then add lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and tamarind
4. Then enter the brown sugar that has been sliced ​​along with salt to taste 
5. Simmer over low heat and allow it to seep spices (coconut water until almost dry) 
6. If so, then fried tempeh until lightly browned.
