Soto kikil Cattle
Ingredients
a. 2 pieces of cow legs (clean) / kikil ready to buy, cut according to taste, then boiled briefly kira2 10-15 ", then dispose of all the cooking water.

GROUND SPICES:
a. 2 pieces of red chili (optional)
b. 5 cloves garlic
c. 10 spring onions

e. 1/2 tsp toasted cumin
f. 5 seeds fried hazelnut
g. Salt to taste.
COMPLEMENTARY:
a. lime, chives or scallions can also (minced), sambal, fried onions
How to Make:
1. Kikil Boil water in a pan as needed.
2. Saute ground spices, lime leaves, lemon grass until fragrant, then enter it into the stew kikil, kikil cook until soft.
3. Note:If you want fast, can use presto approximately 20 minutes, is calculated after presto sizzle.Or it could be diempukkan with a slow cooker, within 6-8 hours.
4. Serve with rice cake pieces, sliced onions, chilli, lemon juice, garlic fries.
