Curried Tilapia Special
Materials:
• Fruit red tomatoes
• 500 grams of fresh tilapia
• 5 pieces of string beans
Seasoning:
• 6 cloves of garlic
• 5 grains hazelnut
• 2 pieces bay leaves
• 10 red onions
• 1 vertebra turmeric
• 1 segment galangal (crushed)
• 10 pieces of curly red chili
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• flavoring
• 2 tamarind seeds
• 1 segment ginger (crushed)
• 1 liter milk
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• salt and sugar to taste
How to cook:
1. Clean nila fish.
2. Saute the spices until fragrant, put lime leaves, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass and tamarind; and stir until golden
3. Enter the tilapia, stir; then, give the sugar, put coconut milk, add flavoring and salt to taste and then wait while occasionally stirring let the coconut milk not broken.
4. After 20 minutes put tomatoes and beans, wait a minute and then lift and you are ready to serve.
