Candil Porridge

Materials for Candil: 

a. 150 grams of white glutinous rice flour 
b. 1 teaspoon of whiting (optional) 
c. ½ teaspoon salt 
d. 125 ml water

Materials for pulp Candil: 

a. 2 tablespoons white glutinous rice flour 
b. 1 tablespoon cornstarch 
c. 100 ml of water, to dissolve 
d. 2 pieces of pandan leaves
e. 750 ml of water
f. 200 grams of brown sugar, comb

How to make porridge Candil: 

1. Candil: Mix of white glutinous rice flour, salt and water whiting, add water little by little, stirring / diuleni by hand until the dough can be formed and not sticky
2. Form the dough into small spheres (according to taste) do not forget to give a little flour to prevent sticking to each other, set aside 
3. Porridge: boiled water, brown sugar, pandan leaves to boil. Off. Strain the decoction is then bring to a boil again, then enter the circle that had formed one after the other (though not sticky) to float, reduce the heat. 
4. Enter and glutinous rice flour mixture (previously diluted), stirring until soft and creamy. Lift
5. coconut milk sauce: Cook all ingredients (see recipe) over low heat, stirring until boiling and thickened wait
