Know Sauteed Calamari and Mushrooms

The main ingredient:
1 sheet ear mushrooms, soaked and cut into pieces as you wish

2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
1 leek, diires oblique
2 tablespoons cooking oil

 
How to cook:
1. Saute Bombay; add the garlic and ginger
2. After the fragrant, add the squid and stir-fry until half cooked
3. Add the tofu and mushrooms
4. Add the remaining seasoning ingredients, such as oyster sauce, salt, fish sauce, pepper and fish sauce,
5. Pour water and cook until cooked
6. Serve (for 5 servings)
