Materials
a. 1 kg of meat has in
b. 1 kg of gut
c. 3 tablespoons coriander
d. 1 tablespoon cumin
e. 10 seeds hazelnut
f. 10 pieces of red bottom
g. 10 cloves of garlic
h. 2 knuckle turmeric
i. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
j. Salt to taste

 
How to make:
1. The intestines are cleaned and then boiled and sliced like satay
2. The meat is cut into pieces like satay
3. All the ingredients except mashed lemongrass, saute until fragrant smell, then mix all ingredients together
