Vegetable Recipes Lodeh
The ingredients you need to make lodeh are:
Vegetable Ingredients:
• ¼ cabbage grains are washed and sliced
• 1 carrot washed and cut into pieces the size of a toothpick

• 2 cups water
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• Canola oil for frying if any, when no you can use regular cooking oil and fish sauce if desired.
