vegetable Bening
 
Materials:
a. 1 small tomato sliced
b. 2 bunches of spinach
c. 3 seed corn
d. 3 cups water

 
Spices:
a. 2 leaves of onion
b. 1 piece key, and salt to taste vitsin

 
How to make:
1. Boil water then enter the corn about 10 minutes, then put the spinach, stir briefly and then closed for 2 minutes.
2. After the lid is opened and stir so that the vegetables were under moving upwards, put onion and tomato leaf. When ripe enter other condiments and immediately lifted. Serve in casserole closed.
