vegetable Brongkos
 
Materials:
a. Beef
b. Cabbage, beans, nuts and coconut milk tolo "provide taste to taste"


Spices:
a. Garlic onion
b. Chili, red chili
c. Turmeric, coriander, galangal, lemongrass, papayas, and kaffir lime leaves
d. Salt, brown sugar, shrimp paste, bay leaves and sour

 
How to make:
1. Meat and beans boiled until soft Tolo
2. Vegetable cleaned sliced rough
3. Seasoning dihalusakan except bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Then pan, put the vegetables after Tolo beans and meat were given broth, coconut milk continue to cook until tender. Hold up. Serve in a covered casserole.
