Apem Manado

Materials 

a. 10 tbsp Rice Flour 
b. 5 tablespoons Flour Chakra 
c. 2 cups water
d. 5 tablespoons warm water 
e. 1 tsp Fermipan 
f. 7 tablespoons brown sugar shaved 
g. 1/4 tsp salt 
h. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
i. 1 Btr Eggs in shake loose 
j. 10 tbsp grated young coconut 
k. 1 lbr Pandan Leaves 
l. 50 g Peanuts roasted and chopped

How To Make
1. Mix the rice flour and wheat
2. Boil; 2 cups water, brown sugar and pandan leaves to a boil, remove from heat and strain it, let it cool down
3. In another container; mixed fermipan and 5 tablespoons of warm water, stir and leave until frothy 
4. Then add brown sugar to boiling water and stir 
5. Then pour a little into the mixture of rice and wheat flour, stirring with a whisk, until blended, then enter the beaten eggs, stir, add the grated coconut, cinnamon powder and salt, stir well, then cover and let stand 1 hour
6. Then heat the mold with low heat (I use a cookie cutter pinch), then spread a little margarine and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, then pour 1 tablespoon of dough and sprinkle it with chopped peanuts, cook until half cooked, then behind and cook until mature 
7. So 35 seeds
