Balado Rolade Tuna

Materials
a. 1 piece of tuna Rolade
b. 3 shallots
c. 1 clove garlic
d. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
e. 1 tomato
f. salt to taste
g. sugar to taste


How To Make:

1. Cut the tuna Rolade according to taste. Fry in hot oil. Set aside.
     (I use Rolade tuna brand Sabrina. It could also be replaced dg Rolade other brands)
2. Blender onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, tomatoes until smooth. Stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and sugar to taste.
3. Enter Rolade already fried, stir until evenly distributed and the flavors mingle. 

4. Serve with warm rice.
