Cue Cob Woku

Materials
a. 1/2 kg cue cob
b. 15 shallots
c. 10 pieces of green chili
d. 6 curly red chilies
e. 3 cm turmeric
f. 3 cm ginger (crushed)
g. 2 bay leaves turmeric
h. 10 leaves orange
i. 2 pieces of pandan leaves
j. 1 leek
k. 4 stalks lemongrass (crushed)
l. 2 medium red tomatoes
m. 3 bunch basil leaves
n. 12 grains of walnut
o. 100 ml water
p. to taste sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning, and cooking oil


How To Make
1. Fried fish (the maturity level to taste only). Set aside.
2. Puree red peppers, chili pepper, onion, turmeric, and hazelnut.
3. Stir-fry the spice paste and then add water.
4. Add lime leaves, turmeric leaves, tomatoes, pandan leaves, ginger and lemongrass.
5. Enter the fish had been fried and cook until thickened.
6. When enough thickens add pepper, salt, flavorings, sugar, and stir well.
7. Enter the basil and chives. Cook until the leaves wilt.
8. Tests taste and serve.
