Eel Spicy Seasoning Madura
Materials
a. 1 kg of eel
b. 10 cloves Shallots
c. 6 cloves Garlic
d. 6 pieces Cabe curling
e. 1 handful Cabe Rawit
f. 1 knuckle Lengkuas
g. 1 vertebra finger ginger
h. 1 vertebra finger turmeric
i. 1 tsp Coriander
j. 10 grains of pepper
k. 4 pieces lime leaves
l. Salt to taste
m. Sugar to taste
n. 1/2 liter water
How To Make:
1. Step Cut eels along 1cm (to taste) Wash, drain
2. Puree all ingredients, heat the cooking oil and stir-fry until fragrant spices, Enter eel stir until the spices mixed and eel discolored
3. Add 1/2 liter water, boil until the spices shrink & sink in, be sure to check tastes
