Eggs Jengkol balado

Materials
250 grams jengkol
6 spring onions
2 pieces of eggs
15 pcs chili kriting
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato

 
How To Make:
1. jengkol boiled for 1 hour,
2. peel skin, and then fried ssbentar geprek
3. crushed red pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes and salt
4. fried eggs for scrambled, lift drain
5. saute ground spices until cooked, then enter jengkol, stir, last enter the egg, remove and serve
