Fill Vegetable Tofu Recipes
The main ingredient:
a. Know yellow 10 pieces
b. 2 pieces of carrot (finely sliced)
c. Col. 4 sheets (thinly sliced)
d. Bean sprouts 125 grams (rinsed and drained)
e. Leek 1 stalk (finely sliced)
f. 2 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
g. Right amount of oil
h. Ingredients for seasoning contents:
i. Red onion 4 cloves
j. 3 cloves garlic
k. ½ onion
l. ½ teaspoon pepper
m. ½ teaspoon salt
n. ½ teaspoon flavoring
Material outer layer:
a. 125 grams flour
b. 2 tablespoons rice flour
c. Tapioca flour 1 tablespoon
d. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
e. ½ teaspoon salt
f. Leek 1 stick (thinly sliced)
g. Water 200 ml
How to make :
1. Puree in advance spice to fill out, after a smooth saute used cooking oil. Enter the carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, leeks and celery, stirring until evenly distributed. Saute until wilted, then remove and let cool.
