Materials
a. 1 piece Salted Fish Haruan

e. 1 piece Green Chili

h. 2 cloves of garlic
i. 2 pieces Serai
j. Galangal taste (Laos)
k. 700 ml water
l. 1 packet Santan Small Instant
m. Sugar to taste
n. Salt to taste
How toMake :
1. Sliced all bawang2an, tomatoes, carambola point, cabai2an
Wash the anchovies, then boiled until tender
2. Enter bawang2an, green red chilli, galangal and lemongrass. cook until boiling
Ceplokkan duck eggs, cook until the eggs are cooked, then enter the milk and salt, put tomatoes and starfruit last point
3. Steamed until cooked. Then lift and remove it from the mold.
4. Serve slada gumbili / shredded cassava with a sprinkling of grated coconut sauce, sugar and a splash of red.
