Ice Yung Hun
Material:
a. 1/4 tsp salt
b. 25 grams of starch
c. 25 grams of flour hunkwee
d. 125 grams of rice flour
e. 200 ml water
f. 500 ml of boiling water
Coconut milk:
a. 1/4 tsp salt
b. syrup cocopandan
c. 1 pandan leaf lbr
d. 350 ml thick coconut milk
How to make:
1. Mix the rice flour, starch, flour hunkwee until blended, pour the water and stir well.
2. Pour the boiling water, stir lest grained, boiled until boiling and bubbling, lift.
3. Pour over the mold cendol, give water to cool the bottom, while stirring, stirring up out cendol long round. Repeat until the dough runs out.
4. Kuah milk: milk boiled together with pandan leaves and salt, stir, boil until boiling, remove from heat.
5. Arrange cendol, shaved ice, pour coconut milk and syrup cocopandan and serve.
