Lakso Palembang

Ingredients 

Ingredients Meatballs: 
a. 250 ml water 
b. 1/2 teaspoon salt 
c. 100 grams of rice flour 
d. 35 grams of corn farmer 

soup ingredients Lakso:
a. 1500 ml coconut milk being 
b. 500 ml liquid milk 
c. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying 
d. 2 tsp fine salt
e. 1 tsp sugar 
f. 1 tsp brown sugar 
g. 1/2 teaspoon pepper 

refined seasoning: 
a. 1 tsp coriander
b. 2 tsp hazelnut 
c. 1 vertebra turmeric 
d. 150 gr onion 
e. 75 g garlic Supplementary 
f. (optional): red chili fried onions
 
Step How to make lakso: 

1. Mix water and salt into one. Boil until boiling.  
2. Add the rice flour gradually until dough is smooth. Lift then chill.  
3. Add corn gradually while diuleni until well blended.  
4. Enter into a mold Putu Mayang, press out dough to mold and shaped noodles on a piece of banana leaf. Repeat until the dough runs out .. 
5. Steam for approximately 15 minutes until done. Lift then chill. 
 
How to make gravy lakso: 

1. Saute the spices until fragrant then add the coconut milk and liqui
d milk, boil until the boil while constantly stirring.
2. Add salt, sugar, brown sugar, and pepper and stir and boil again until cooked and the sauce slightly shrink.


Completion:
 Arrange lakso palembang in the plate and pour the broth. Serve while warm with a sprinkling of fried onions and red sauce if desired.
