Lettuce Gumbili 'typical snacks Banjar'

Materials :
a. 500 grams of Cassava Soft (peeled)
b. 500 ml water
c. 200 grams of brown sugar
d. 100 grams of sugar
e. 1 sheet Pandan Leaves
f. Grated Coconut 1/2 grain (steamed)
 

How to make :
1. Boil water with brown sugar, granulated sugar and pandan leaves to boil. Kermudian strain. Refrigerate
2. Grated cassava grater shredded (grater with large holes; the banjo call 'shredded lettuce' ..).
3. Heat a steamer pot over medium heat. Meanwhile prepare molds plastic bowl, basting with oil.
4. Enter the grated cassava into molds, press-press a little spoon.
5. Steamed until cooked. Then lift and remove it from the mold.
6. Serve slada gumbili / shredded cassava with a sprinkling of grated coconut sauce, sugar and a splash of red.
