Pastel Bandeng

Material : 

a. 200 gr rice flour 
b. 1 Btr chicken eggs 
c. 1 tablespoon margarine 
d. 125 cc of liquid milk 
e. pinch of salt

Fill ragout milkfish: 

a. 200 g milkfish Presto 
b. 2 tablespoons sliced ​​carrots small square shape
c. 1 tbsp finely sliced ​​green onion
d. 1/2 tablespoons finely sliced ​​celery 
e. 1 tbsp sliced ​​onion 
f. ground pepper to taste 
g. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 
h. salt to taste 
i. 2 tablespoons cooking oil, for frying

How to make : 

1. Create skin: Mix all ingredients, knead until smooth and does not stick in hand. Thin milled to 3 mm thick, and then print using the rounded mouth of the glass. 
2. Create ragout milkfish: Take meat milkfish presto, puree. Set aside 
3. Saute onion until wilted, put leeks, stir. Enter the carrots, meat milk, and all the condiments. Pour a little water, stirring until the sauce is finished, and lift.
4. Fill each shell with ragout banding sheet, and bend into a half-moon. Press the edges with a fork so that the lined-lateral. Do the same thing to complete. Fried until crispy, remove from heat. 
5. Note: Due to the size of the egg is not the same, while kneading, reserving a little milk. If the dough is still not enough to dipulung add a little milk.
