Rawon chicken heads

Materials
a. 5 pieces of chicken heads
b. 10 seeds chicken leg / foot
c. 2 stalk lemongrass (destroy)
d. 2 cm laos (destroy)
e. 3 lime leaves
f. 1 tomato (large size, diced)
g. 1 stalk spring leek (rough cut)
h. 2 bay leaves
i. 1 tbsp tamarind water
j. 1 liter water
k. taste sprouts
l. taste of celery (finely cut)

seasoning mashed:
a. 8 spring onions
b. 4 cloves garlic
c. 3 eggs hazelnut
d. 1 tsp coriander
e. 1 cm ginger
f. 1 cm kencur
g. 3 red chili seeds
h. 5 seeds kluwek (soak in hot water)
i. salt to taste
j. sugar to taste
k. taste flavor
l. cooking oil to tast

How To Make 
1. boiled chicken head + claw until tender. discard the water. medium-size pieces of chicken head.
2. stir-fry seasoning sdh in puree, enter lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, bay leaves until wilted and fragrant.
3. boiled water, put-me-in stir-fry seasoning. enter the chicken neck + claw. cook until boiling. add the pieces of leek and tomato leaf.
serve with bean sprouts
