Rica-rica 17 Chicken Seasoning

Materials
a. 1 whole chicken cut small [+/- 40 parts]
b. 1 liter water
c. 3 tbsp oil for frying

 
Softened seasoning:
a. 6 spring onions
b. 5 cloves garlic
c. 1 tbsp pepper
d. 1 tbsp coriander
e. 1 vertebra ginger
f. 1 vertebra turmeric
g. 3 cm galangal
h. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
i. 1/2 teaspoon cumin

 
Salt and sugar to taste
Other spices:

a. 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
b. 5 bay leaves
c. 3 LBR lime leaves, remove the leaf veins
d. 5 Btr cardamom
e. 5 cloves Btr
f. 5 cm cinnamon
g. 3 Btr Java chili / chili puyang
h. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced


How To Make:
 

1. Stir-fry until fragrant spices, seasonings enter intact. Saute until softened, then add the ½ liter of water, cook until boiling.
2. Add chicken, stirring until smooth. Add the remaining water and cook until the water is shrinking and thick gravy.
3. Rica-rica ready to eat chicken with rice warm.
