Tahu Gimba

Material :
a. 2 pieces of tofu
b. cooking oil

Gimbal Shrimp:
a. 100 g small peeled shrimp
b. 100 g flour
c. 150 ml water
d. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
f. 1 clove garlic, grated
g. ½ teaspoon pepper
h. 1 teaspoon salt

Sauce, mix well:
a. 100 ml water
b. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Blend:
a. 50 g fried peanuts
b. 1 clove garlic
c. 4 pieces of red chili sauce
d. 1 tsp sugar
e. 1 teaspoon salt

Complement:
a. 150 g of cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
b. 2 stalks celery, finely sliced
c. 2 tablespoons fried onions

How to make Tofu Gimbal: 

1. Cut the tofu, fried half-dry, drain.
2. Sauce: Dissolve smooth flavor with water and soy sauce until blended. Set aside.
3. Gimbal Shrimp: Shrimp Stir with the other ingredients until blended.
4. Fried spoonful after spoonful until cooked and dry to the two sides. Drain.
5. Arrange the fried tofu and dreadlocks on a serving plate.
6. Give a complement.
7. The sauce flush. Serve immediately.
