Tape Fried

Material :
a. cassava 600 gr
b. 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
c. 250 gr fine sugar
d. cooking oil 500 gr
e. 300 g wheat flour
f. grated cheddar cheese 100g
g. enough water
h. 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Delicious Fried Cassava Tape

1. Cassava puree and mix with 200 grams of powdered sugar, mix well
2. Combine flour with 50 grams of powdered sugar, vanilla powder, salt and grated cheddar cheese
3. Pour enough water, stirring until a dough fitting
4. Take each 2 tablespoons of batter and then dip into the fermented cassava flour dough
5. Heat the oil and fry the tape that has been dipped in flour batter
6. Wait until golden brown then remove and drain
7. Tape fried cassava ready to be served
