Toppa Lada Makasar

Materials
a. 500 grams of meat
b. 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 Btr
c. 2 cm galangal, geprek
d. 2 pieces lemongrass, geprek
e. 1 tbsp sour water Oil for frying delicate  


seasoning:
a. 3-5 red chilies
b. 8 Btr onion
c. 4 cloves garlic
d. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
e. 1/2 teaspoon coriander
f. 1/2 teaspoon cumin


How To Make:
1. Step saute spices with a little oil, add the lemongrass and ginger, stir-fry again until fragrant. +
Pour the coconut milk and meat enter
2. Shrinking water and stir until the meat is not hard, add water acidic, taste correction
3. Remove from the heat and serve with hot rice .. hhhmm yummi
