Wet spring rolls
Material :
a. Skin lumpia recipe CONTENTS 1
b. 100 grams of chicken breast fillet, boiled, shredded-suwir
c. Shoots cans of 100 grams, cut into matchsticks
d. Chicken eggs 2 eggs, beaten off
e. Cooking oil 4 tablespoons
f. Water 100 ml -
Seasoning:
a. 4 cloves garlic, minced
b. Onion 1 stalk leek, thinly sliced
c. Shallots 6 grains, chopped
d. 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
e. Ebi 2 tbsp, puree
f. Pepper powder 1 tsp
g. Salt to taste
h. Sugar to taste
How to make :
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil pour the egg. Cook, stirring frequently (scrambled) until cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat the remaining oil and saute garlic, leek and shallot until fragrant.
3. Insert the other spices, stir well.
4. Enter shoots ,, chicken and scrambled eggs. Stir well.
5. Pour water, cook over medium heat until water runs out and bumu pervasive. Lift and let steam heat is lost.
6. Take a spring roll skin, place the dough on one side.
7. Fold the right and left sides towards the middle, rolls. Serve.
