Bone pindang Iga

Materials 

a. 1 kg of beef ribs 
b. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 
c. 10 red onions thin itis 
d. 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced 
e. 4 lemongrass crushed 
f. 3 cm galangal crushed 
g. 3 bay leaves 
h. 18 pieces of red chili sauce
i. 8 piece split starfruit 2
j. 4 pieces of green tomatoes split 4 
k. 4 tablespoons tamarind dissolved in 2 tablespoons water 
l. 3 tsp salt 
m. 1 tsp sugar 
n. 2 sprigs basil leaves quotation 
o. 2 leeks cut into 1.5 cm

other spices: 

a. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 sticks cinnamon powder or whole size of 5 cm 
b. Std 1/4 clove powder or granule 5 whole cloves 
c. 3 cardamom pods 
d. 3 pieces of fireworks mace 
e. 2 bay leaves turmeric, finely sliced 
f. 5 bay leaves 
g. 3 knuckles crushed galangal
h. 2 stalks lemongrass and crushed white grab

ground spices: 

a. 8 red onions 
b. 5 cloves garlic 
c. 5 red chilies 
d. 1/2 grilled knuckle turmeric 
e. 1/2 tsp pepper grains

How To Make:

 1. Beef ribs boiled with other ingredients Other Seasonings:
    
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, or 2 whole cinnamon sticks with a length of 5 cm
    
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves or 5 grains clove intact
    
- 3 cardamom pods
    
- 2 pieces of fireworks mace
    
- 2 bay leaves turmeric, finely chopped
    
- 5 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
    
- 5 bay leaves
    
- 3 knuckles galangal, cut lengthwise into 2 parts and crushed
    
- 2 stalks lemongrass white part only and crushed until saging Ko Ko tender. Set aside.

Heat the oil over medium heat. Saute ground spices, onions, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant. Angkat.Masukkan spice to the stew beef ribs.Add the remaining ingredients except onions and basil leaves. Cook over low heat until tender rib meat (± 2 hours). Set aside 1 l broth for soup boiled.Add the onion and basil leaves. Cook until wilted (2 minutes). Lift.3. Serve warm. Give a sprinkling of fried onions
