Chicken rice Mandhi

Materials 

a. 500 g basmati rice 
b. 1 whole chicken 
c. 2 cloves minced garlic 
d. 2 onion chopped 
e. 1 cm ginger finely
f. 5 grains clove
g. 6 green cardamom grains 
h. 4 cm cinnamon 
i. 6 grains of black pepper 
j. salt to taste 
k. 2 cm turmeric grated and soaked with 50ml of boiling water (separate) 
l. 4 large green chilies 
m. 4 large red chilies 
n. 1 lemon / limem. 2 pieces of green tomatoes 
o. 1 red tomatoes

How To Make: 

1. Step Wash rice .. Set aside 
2. Saute garlic, onion, ginger .. After fragrant enter 600ml water .. Wait until boiling and then enter the chicken .. Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, salt, and cook until the chicken is cooked n software 
3. Once the chicken is cooked .. Remove the chicken and separate the water used to stew dosed to 600ml (add water when in less than 600ml) and enter stir the rice until the water dry and then pour water over the rice and turmeric to cover the pan with aluminum foil .. Let stand 30mnt 
4. For green chili: Washing green chili seeded redeem 300ml of water with green tomatoes enter .. After the water runs blender peppers and tomatoes add salt and sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
5. For red peppers: red chili washing waste along bijinya..rebus red tomatoes with 300ml water until water runs out the blender add salt and sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juiceAdd pickle when love 
6. Chicken that has been cooked in the oven until golden brown color or fried .. (according to taste) 
7. Open the foil alm .. Stir rice serve with chicken and sambal
