Es teler
Material:
a. Young coconut canned / fresh
b. Avocado 2 pieces
c. 10 jackfruit seeds
d. Agar-agar (optional)
e. Shaved ice
syrup cocopandan
a. 700 ml of sweetened condensed milk
b. 500 ml coconut water
c. 5 pandan leaves
d. 400 gr sugar (or honey)
How to make (syrup cocopandan):
1. Add milk, coconut water, pandan leaves, and sugar to the pan.
2. Heat and add honey (optional), mix well.
Presentation:
1. Prepare the glass, put all the fruit into a glass (avocado, coconut, jackfruit)
2. Pour syrup into a glass cocopandan ± 3/4 cup
3. Add shaved ice into a glass
4. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the ice
5. Ice jazzed fresh ready to serve. Enjoy
