fried fish sauce rica-rica
Materials
a. 250 grams of fish
b. 2 cloves of garlic
c. 1 vertebra turmeric
d. 1 teaspoon salt
sauce ingredients:
a. 3 tablespoons ketchup
b. 1 tbsp flour / cornstarch that has been thawed
c. 1 stalk lemongrass
d. 4 cayenne pepper
e. 1 clove minced garlic
f. 2 spring onions thinly sliced
g. 1/2 onion slices
h. sugar and salt
How To Make:
1. Wash fish, remove the gills and entrails set aside
2. puree garlic, turmeric and salt, then rub the fish with a smooth flavor kurleb let stand 5 minutes
3. while waiting for the fish sauce, sauteed onions and lemongrass trio until fragrant input pieces of chilli, tomato sauce, gulgar, stir a little water, stir flour input solution if it thickens turn off the flame,
