Goulash jackfruit shoots quail eggs

Materials 

a. 500 grams of bamboo shoots lengthwise slices as noodles

l. 5 lime leaves 
m. 200 cc of water 
n. 800 cc coconut milk from coconuts 1 
o. 1 1/2 tsp salt 
p. 1 tablespoon brown sugar / Java 
q. 5 tablespoons water whiting and 500 cc of water
r. 3 cm ginger 
s. 2 cm turmeric 
t. oil for frying 
u. beef flavoring (if desired)

How To Make:    

1. Soak sliced ​​bamboo shoots in water whiting for 15 minutes then wash leak and set aside (to remove the smell of urine bamboo shoots)  
2. Puree onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli, coriander, cumin, nutmeg and stir-fry until fragrant add the lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves.
