Grilled Catfish

Materials 

a. 3 seed catfish 
b. according to taste chili 
c. 3 tomato seeds 
d. 6 seed garlic for two 
e. 8 onion seeds for two 
f. 3 tablespoons salt, for two 
g. 1 tablespoon sugar 
h. 1 teaspoon sasa 
i. soy sauce
j. 1 seed lime 
k. 1 cm galangal 
l. 1 cm ginger 
m. 1 cm kunyi 
n. 1 sndok tea coriander 
o. 1/2 sndok tea pepper 
p. 3 seeds pecan 
q. 3 cucumber seeds
r. 1/4 lettuce

How To Make:

1. First of all clean the catfish, set aside
2. Puree salt (2 sndok) garlic (3biji) shallots (3biji) coriander, pepper, ginger, galangal, turmeric, nutmeg, ..... after should wipe "catfish ....... right to set aside, set aside half jm (k refrigerator can be input)
