Rice Meniran
Materials :
a. 200 grams of rice, soaked 2 hours
b. 350 ml thick coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
c. 250 ml thin coconut milk from coconuts 1/4
d. 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
e. 250 ml thin coconut milk from coconuts 1/4
f. 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
g. 1 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
h. banana leaf
How To Make:
1. Mashed rough rice that has been soaked.
2. Boil thick coconut milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt until boiling and slightly thickened. Measure again 300 ml coconut milk. Set aside.
3. Mix the thin coconut milk, rice, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
4. Take a piece of banana leaf. Put a piece of pandan leaves. Masukkkan 1 tablespoon batter of rice and 2 tablespoons of coconut milk.
5. Wrap tum. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
