Tempoyak Catfish
Materials
a. 2 medium-size catfish tails (cut into 4 parts), clean and give lemon
b. 1 stalk lemongrass (digeprek)
c. 3 tbsp tempoyak original (if you want thick can be added)
d. 1 pc cucumber, seeded and sliced lengthwise
e. Ground spices
f. 1 vertebra finger turmeric
g. 6 pcs red chillies / according to taste, can be added or subtracted
h. 10 pcs cayenne / personalized, could be reduced
i. sugar and salt to taste
How To Make:
1. Enter your ground spices to the pan, give water (calculated only in keeping with the number of fish), wait until boiling
2. enter lemongrass, fish, and tempoyak, stir gently, wait again until the water boils
3. enter cucumber slices, put the sugar and salt, taste correction
4. wait until everything is cooked (timunnya not need until soft bgt),
5. after being cooked, serve with warm rice. Good luck yes
