Saute Spicy Calamari Petai acid sauce
materials
a. 500 gr squid
b. 2 banana board
c. 4 spring onions
d. 2 cloves of garlic
e. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
f. 7 red chilies
g. A dash of tamarind
h. 500 ml water
i. 1 1/2 tsp salt
j. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
k. Oil for frying
How To Make:
1. Wash the squid to clean water and then soak briefly with tamarind
2. cut all of the following ingredients; onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, red pepper
3. Peel a banana and split into two parts
4. Saute onion and white with a little oil and a small fire and then after input fragrant chili and red peppers, followed by banana
