Tuna fish curry
Materials
a. 1 fish tuna uk medium (clean & potong2)
b. 5 lbr lime leaves
c. 3 pieces of lemongrass (geprek)
d. 1 orange juice (squeeze and take the water)
e. 1 tablespoon broth seafood
f. Salt to taste)
g. 70 ml instant coconut milk (optional)
h. Enough water)
i. Oil for frying
GROUND SPICES :
a. 10 Btr curly red pepper (to taste)
b. 5 Btr cayenne pepper
c. 5 spring onions
d. 3 cloves garlic
e. 5 cm turmeric
f. 2 cm ginger
g. 3 cm laos
h. 2 Btr hazelnut
i. Grilled shrimp / dry (slightly)
j. 1 tsp coriander
How To Make:
1. Heat oil and saute ground spices add lime leaves add lemongrass until fragrant,
2. then input swordfish add water and wait for it to boil,
3. Then add coconut milk broth and add salt to taste, stir and give lime juice, cook until done and lift
